Bride

The Bride’s Story: Love, Faith, and a Shared Vision From the very first day we met, there was something about Fred that felt familiar—like a missing piece finally falling into place. When he called me "my wife" that day in camp, I laughed it off as a joke, but deep down, I felt a spark. As time passed, our friendship grew, and so did our connection. I saw in him a man of faith, vision, and purpose. He was honest from the start—he had no diamond ring to offer me, only his faith and his growing company. But I didn’t see that as a limitation; I saw it as a foundation. I told him he could give me a diamond ring anytime in our lifetime. I told him that his baby company would one day grow into a conglomerate—and together, we would build it. Ours is a journey of faith—filled with expectations, uncertainties, and the mystery of God’s plans. But one thing is sure: we are in this together. Fred, I want to be the home you return to when life happens. This kingdom is too big for you to rule alone, and I am here to build it with you. I treasure you. I choose you. Forever and always.

Groom

The Groom’s Story: A Joke That Became Destiny Fate has a way of bringing two souls together, and my story with Agbenu is proof of that. It all started at the NYSC Camp in Ise-Orun, Emure Ekiti, in November 2021. My time in camp was far from exciting—I barely participated in any activities, and I found most of it dull. But on Traditional Day, everything changed. I had no plans of stepping out of my hostel that day, but something nudged me. So, sluggishly, I made my way to the parade ground, not expecting anything special. And then, I saw her. She was dressed in a beautifully decorated Idoma attire, looking radiant and elegant. In that moment, I did what came naturally to me—I walked up to her, smiled, and said, "My wife!" She laughed, a warm, genuine laugh that I still hear in my heart to this day. At that time, I was in a relationship, and marriage was nowhere in my plans. But God had other ideas. Today, what started as a playful joke has become my beautiful reality.
